Thank you for showing an interest in creating or joining a GoGift Business Account
An onboarding process guide is described below.
Our onboarding process consists of 3 easy steps:
Important to note: If you have been invited to join a GoGift Business Department you will only need to do step 1 and 2, as you are added to an already existing Business Department
1. Create your business user
IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN DENMARK, SWEDEN, NORWAY OR FINLAND:
Go to gogift.com and click on the "Business" button in the header on desktop and in the navigation drawer on mobile devices. Then, click the "Create Company user here »" link.
IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY:
Go to gogift.com, click "Create account" in the header. Then, click "Login to Business", and afterwards click the "Create company user" button.
Now, enter your information and click the "Create company user" button.
Important! If you have been invited to join a GoGift business department, you must sign up with the exact e-mail address you were invited with. If not, the authentication will fail.
2. Verify your company user
Go to your inbox and open the verification e-mail received from GoGift. Either click the verification link, or copy/paste it into your browser.
Your verification is successful if you reach the "Your account has been successfully verified." page, or if you are being redirected directly back to gogift.com to create department.
3. Create business department
If you were not directly led back to gogift.com, repeat step 1 to reach the login page. In here, fill out your e-mail address and your password to login.
Please note! If you were invited to join an existing GoGift Business Department, then you have now completed the onboarding.
You will now be asked to fill out information on your GoGift Business Department. Fill out the necessary fields and click the "Create Department" button.
